Our Marsh House project broke ground in Spring of 2025 and is moving quickly toward a spring 2026 completion. This new, high efficiency development will bring 26 new affordable homes to Waterbury, including studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. Three homes in Marsh House will be reserved for households with intellectual developmental disabilities and include supportive services through Upper Valley Services.
