-Serving over 2,400 Central Vermonters through our programs and services
-Supporting our residents and rebuilding after the flooding in the summer of 2023, with a renewed commitment to developing resilient housing
-Starting construction on the old Ward 5 school to convert it into beautiful new housing, permanently affordable to our lowest income community members
-Advancing partnerships to create independent housing opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
-Investing in our communities and supporting property owners to create new homes through the Vermont Housing Improvement Program (VHIP)
-And stories of our staff, donors, and our community going above and beyond to make all our work possible!
