Marsh House is open! Located on 51 South Main Street in Waterbury, Marsh House brings 26 permanently affordable apartment homes to Central Vermont.
In Vermont, affordability is relative to Area Median Income (AMI). AMI is the midpoint income for a given county. The rent range for Marsh House will be determined by 30% to 80% AMI, creating multiple affordable housing opportunities for folks at varying income levels in Waterbury.

Marsh house offers 26 new studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment homes in the heart of Waterbury. In partnership with Upper Valley Services, three apartment homes will be set aside for community members with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
