Fox Run Apartments

In partnership with Evernorth, we are moving forward with our Fox Run project to bring 30 affordable homes to Berlin. The project is the first new affordable housing developed in Berlin in over a decade. Located within walking distance to area employers, schools and services, the new building will provide residents with green space, community gardens, and a community room.

Fox Run Apartments is designed as a single three-story building with a mix of 6 project-based vouchers, LIHTC units, and market rate units. Downstreet has a strong partnership with the Family Center of Washington County to serve previously homeless families; this program will be extended to include additional families at Fox Run. Downstreet has built a robust and successful system to coordinate services and connect residents to the help they need. Evernorth’s Connections Program will bolster these efforts as our collective focus on serving the needs of residents continues to grow.
