The historic French Block Apartments located in downtown Montpelier were brought back to life by Downstreet after sitting vacant for over 80 years. The renovation retained much of the original historical character of the building. The building includes two studios and 16 one-bedroom apartments, including five apartments set aside for permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless households in partnership with the Family Center of Washington County.
