Steven's Branch Apartments

In partnership with Evernorth, we are developing the Stevens Branch project to bring 31 new affordable homes to downtown Barre. The project will feature a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments designed to meet the diverse needs of the community. With flood mitigation measures incorporated into construction, the building will provide safe, resilient housing in a central location close to employers, schools, and services.

Stevens Branch will include three apartments designated for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, supported through a partnership with Washington County Mental Health Services. This collaboration will ensure that residents have access to the services they need to thrive.
