Randall Apartments

Downstreet, in partnership with the Central Vermont Refugee Action Network (CVRAN), has completed the rehabilitation of a four-unit apartment building in Montpelier, now serving as permanently affordable housing. These homes are providing stability for individuals and families who are new to our country and community.

What began as a shared vision—to create inclusive neighborhoods where everyone has access to safe, affordable housing—has become a reality thanks to the collaboration of Downstreet and CVRAN, and the generous support of the Vermont Housing & Conservation Board (VHCB), the Montpelier Housing Trust Fund, the Vermont Housing Improvement Program, Efficiency Vermont incentives, and individual donors. Today, four New American families have a welcoming place to call home.
