Do you think this is a positive approach to strengthening the future of our housing ecosystem?

Yes.  An all-encompassing approach is the best course of action for improving the housing conditions and opportunities that exist in our communities.   

No.  Housing is not a complicated issue, simply build more housing and problem solved.
