2025 Neighborhood Works Volunteer Day

Downstreet was excited to partner with the Morrisville Alliance for Culture and Commerce (MACC) during this year's NeighborWorks Week. Staff participated in a volunteer day on June 17 at the Lamoille County Rail Trail in Morrisville.  Many hands made light(ish) work as we worked in Oxbow Park to help with projects like weeding, spreading mulch, pruning, and clearing plant material.  Both organizations were grateful to work together beautifying an outdoor space in one of the nine communities that we collaborate with to provide Vermonters with affordable housing.

Along with nearly 250 other NeighborWorks organizations nationwide, we celebrated our progress and impact as by working together to create homes and build stronger communities.
