In Need of Adequate Shelter; current housing is overcrowded, unsafe, unaffordable, or not owned.
- Able to Pay an Affordable 0% interest Mortgage; total family income is 30-60% of Area Median Income (approx. $26,000-48,000 for a family of 4 in Washington & Orange County). *FY20 HUD Income Limits
- Willing to Partner with Habitat for Humanity; 250 hours of sweat equity per adult required to build own home and maintain mortgage obligation after house sale.
- Living or working in Washington or Orange County
