As the demand for our services grows, so does our staff. Three positions have just been created to meet the needs of the communities we serve: Financial Controller, Real Estate Development Coordinator, and Property Management Coordinator. The successful candidates for these positions will improve the overall functionality of the staff and allow some key staff members to focus their energies on higher-level, strategic initiatives that will facilitate growth and success in the long-term future of Downstreet.
The two existing positions, which are currently held by temporary workers, are ready to be filled by permanent team members. These essential roles are Property Manager and Reception & Occupancy Coordinator, and are absolutely critical to our organization.
